We'll work with you to make sure your trees arrive fresh and on time. Typically, Gift Trees are shipped early the week of your event. If you have other requirements,
please contact us.

Delivery Notes:

  • Each tree comes in a 14-inch recyclable poly tube.
  • Your Gift Trees will be shipped via UPS Ground from Arbor Day Farm to arrive approximately 1 day prior to your event date. Click here for UPS Ground in-transit times.
  • To ensure that your trees arrive healthy and on time, orders placed less than 21 days from the event date will incur a $.30 per tree expedited shipping charge. Orders placed less than 14 days from the event date will incur a $.60 per tree expedited shipping charge.
  • When your trees arrive, keep them in a cool, dark, dry environment until they are planted. Your refrigerator is an ideal place. (Your tree labels will have more information about this.)
