Bali Blinds

Bali Blinds is making a donation to plant up to 100,000 trees in our nation's forests as part of its Bali ® Green by Nature ® program. For every customer to register their Natural Shade or Wood Blind purchase, Bali Blinds will make a donation to plant ten trees.Visit their site to learn more.

 
Bayer Advanced

Bayer Advanced, the consumer lawn and garden business unit of Bayer CropScience LP, is planting trees in our nation's forests through sales of its products. This is the fourth year of the Bayer Advanced / Arbor Day Foundation sponsorship. By the end of this year's program, Bayer Advanced will have helped us plant 375,000 trees in our nation's forests.

 

Project Plant It is a community effort to educate children, plant trees, and improve the environment. Created by Dominion, it is a partnership effort with the Arbor Day Foundation. Each year Dominion sends tens of thousands of Arbor Day Foundation Gift Trees to elementary school children across the country.

 
Doubletree Hotels

To honor their 50th anniversary, Enterprise Rent-A-Car formed a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant 50 million trees over 50 years. This is a gift that not only commemorates their history, but celebrates the future.

Building healthy communities includes planting lots of trees. With support from The Home Depot Foundation, more than 40 tree planting events over four years helped plant hundreds of trees at local parks, school grounds, and neighborhoods. The Home Depot Foundation is also the main sponsor of the annual Partners in Community Forestry National Conference. This conference strives to bring together the many players in the urban forestry community to encourage new partnerships for a common goal.

 

As part of their Pink Doing Green campaign, Mary Kay, Inc. has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant 200,000 trees in the Bitterroot National Forest. This positive action taken today will have everlasting impact on our environment, changing the quality of life for future generations.

 

Philips Norelco is supporting the planting of trees in our nation's forests. For each Bodygroom product sold through June 30, 2010, Philips Norelco will make a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation to plant a minimum of one tree, up to 75,000 trees.

 

Through its mobilize campaign, T-Mobile is encouraging customers to green their accounts through paperless offerings and phone recycle drives. As a result of customer participation, T-Mobile is making a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation to reforest critical habitats across the country. T-Mobile customers have helped plant over 900,000 trees and counting.

For over ten years Toyota has been a strong supporter of many educational programs that the Foundation has to offer. Thanks to Toyota, millions of students across the country participated in the Arbor Day National Poster Contest while teachers and educators received free educational materials. Volunteer groups and other organizations learned how to plan, organize and conduct volunteer opportunities in their communities with Tree Planting volunteer kits. And the Foundation has created and launched a new program - Tree Campus USA - to introduce our mission to a new audience.

 

This year, the Arbor Day Foundation received a grant from the UPS Foundation to plant trees in our nation's forests.

USA TODAY

USA TODAY has been an industry leader in environmental stewardship and is dedicated to being an environmentally responsible corporate citizen. USA TODAY's use of 88% recycled newsprint for its print edition and USA TODAY's e-Edition, an electronic replica of the newspaper delivered online, are testaments to this dedication. Further, USA TODAY continues to partner with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees in our nation's forests for each of their subscribers who successfully enroll in paperless billing.

WORX has teamed up with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees in our forests as a way to celebrate the launch of its environmentally friendly Lithium line of outdoor power tools. For every WORX customer who donates a dollar to plant one tree in our nation's forests, WORX doubles the impact by matching every donation, tree for tree! The WORX mission for zero emissions dovetails nicely with the Arbor Day Foundation cause. Corded or cordless, all WORX lawn and garden equipment run on electricity for zero emissions.

 

Chaco is partnering with the Arbor Day Foundation during the month of April to plant up to 50,000 trees, one for each pair of Chaco footwear sold, through its "Buy One Get One Tree" promotion.

Deluxe Corporation, the world's largest manufacturer of consumer checks, has created a check design titled Arbor Day. This Minneapolis-based company donates $1 from every order in this check line to the Foundation's tree-planting and educational programs.

Warranty Solutions, in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, is planting 25 trees for each customer who purchases an EcoMind endorsement to their vehicle service contract.
